These services are optional and added to the photography fee above. Personal Brand Styling develops one cohesive direction for up to five looks through briefing, wardrobe editing, sourcing and on-set styling. One reasonable round of feedback is included. Choose only one beauty option. External wardrobe costs require written approval and are billed separately. Without styling, bring five complete looks. Without beauty, arrive camera-ready.
How beauty timing works
Beauty adds time to the end of your booking.
Your start time stays the same. Men’s Grooming adds 30 minutes, while Hair & Makeup or Separate Hair + Makeup Artists adds 1 hour. This added time is used for the initial beauty preparation, preserving the full four-hour photography session.
Men’s Grooming maintains one natural, camera-ready direction with touch-ups. Hair & Makeup and Separate Hair + Makeup Artists may create up to three beauty looks. Changes after photography begins take place within the four-hour photography period, and the number and extent of changes depend on complexity, hair texture, wardrobe timing and the pace of the shoot.
Before you add Personal Brand Styling
One clear direction with one round of refinement.
- Briefing and wardrobe review. Share your positioning, preferences, sizes, existing wardrobe and budget limits.
- Styling direction. The stylist presents one cohesive direction for up to five looks.
- Refinement. One reasonable, consolidated round of feedback is included. A new direction or additional rounds require a separate quote.
- Approval, sourcing and set. Approve the overall direction in writing by the stated deadline. Key wardrobe proposals may be shared when reasonably practicable, while final combinations remain subject to availability, fit and professional adjustment.
References and moodboards are inspiration, not exact garment requests. Designers, pieces and exact matches are not guaranteed. Purchases, rentals, tailoring, shipping, messenger and special pull costs require written approval and are billed separately.
Styling cancellation: 25% is earned once briefing or strategy begins, 50% after the styling direction is delivered, 75% after the refinement or sourcing begins, and 100% within seven days of the session or after non-cancellable commitments. Approved external costs remain payable. The complete terms appear in the Agreement before payment.
